Once completed, this project will contain more than 500,000 square feet of retail including local, regional and national tenants.Key tentants to date are: Walmart Supercenter, Kohl's, Marshalls, PetSmart, Academy Sports and Sam's Club.
Cedarwood Development put the deal together and is responsible for leasing. Cedarwood Architectural created the design. And Tri-C Construction is building this project. Looking to the future, the master plan for this project includes a 200,000+ square foot office park and a 200+ unit multi-family complex.
