This parcel was part of a 220-acre publicly owned industrial parkway. Extensive negotiations with the owners, along with local township and county governmental approvals were required to purchase this land. A public/private partnership was established betweend Cedarwood, the Redevelopment Authority of Fayette County, Fayette County commissioners and South Union Township to successfully secure $8.16 million in public funding through the State of Pennsylvania'sInfrastructure Facilities Improvement Program as a grant to offset the extraordinary onsite and offsite development expenses of the project.

Cedarwood Development put the deal together and is responsible for leasing. Cedarwood Architectural created the design. And Tri-C Construction built this project.

Phases 1 and 2 of this power center are completed. Walmart Supercenter is the anchor tenant alongside 31,000 square feet of small shops. Phase 3will consist of an additional 100,000 square feet of retail.
