Tony A. Petrarca, Founder
Tony Petrarca founded Tri-C Construction Company in 1972 and molded it into a company that provides superior general contracting and construction management services to clients nationwide. Operating from its headquarters in Akron, Ohio, Tony has established multiple regional offices throughout the United States to service these clients. The company, under Tony's leadership, has constructed millions of square feet of projects throughout the United States.
Tony holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Youngstown State University and is a registered professional engineer, a licensed general contractor, and a licensed surveyor. He is also a member of ICSC, the former President of the American Heart Association in Akron, Ohio, former Chair on the Board of Trustees for Kent State University and is a key fundraiser for Stewart's Caring Place in Akron, Ohio.

Anthony N. Petrarca, Chairman
As Chairman of Tri-C Construction Company, Anthony is responsible for the strategic vision, growth, and the development of the company's corporate culture. With more than 15 years at Tri-C Construction, and with his hands-on experience at all facets of commercial construction, Anthony integrated his knowledge and experience in to the company's day-to-day workings. During this time, the company expanded from a small limited service general contractor to the large construction management firm it is today. Anthony's belief is that if we give our clients the highest level of quality construction services in the most timely and cost-effective manner that our own business growth will take care of itself.

Randy Clarahan, President
With his broad experience in the commercial construction industry, Randy Clarahan is responsible for the overall direction of the company, keeping a pulse on each and every project, and assuring superior construction that allows the client to meet their goals on time and on budget. Randy's background in the commercial construction industry spans over 25 years. The vision that he shares with Tri-C is that the clients' needs and point of view drive every decision made on their behalf from pre-construction through opening.

Jeff Keating, Vice President of Multi-Family Residential Construction
With more than thirty years of construction experience, Jeff Keating has vast knowledge in all facets and phases of construction. As Vice President of Residential and Multi-Family Housing, Jeff is responsible for all of Tri-C Construction's multi-family housing projects. These projects typically range in size from $15-$33 million and all projects receive strong quality control, value engineering, bottom line management and timely delivery. In addition to his multi-family residential experience, Jeff has extensive experience in commercial, retail, hotel, and restaurant construction.

Kennie Hatfield, Managing Director of Construction
Kennie Hatfield manages all aspects of planning, organization, development and implementation of design and construction for Tri-C Construction's retail program clients. Kennie has more than fifteen years of experience in the commercial construction industry and has successfully completed hundreds of retail projects in this time.
With Kennie's extensive knowledge, experience, attention to detail, and a complete understanding of his clients' needs, Tri-C continues to provide successful program construction on a national level for many of the nations leading retail companies.

Ed Jasinski, Managing Director of Construction
Ed Jasinski manages all aspects of planning, organization, development and implementation of design and construction for Tri-C Construction's retail shopping center and big box retail projects. Ed has more than ten years of experience in the commercial construction industry and has successfully completed millions of square feet of shopping center and retail construction projects throughout his career ranging in value up to $80MM.
With Ed's extensive knowledge, experience, attention to detail, and a complete understanding of the real estate development process and his clients' construction needs, Tri-C continues to provide successful shopping center and big box construction on a national level.

Jeff Karlovec, Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Jeff Karlovec is responsible for directing Tri-C Construction's national sales and marketing efforts and for maintaining existing client relationships. With nearly twenty years in business development and more than seven years in the commercial construction industry, Jeff uses his knowledge and experience to support Tri-C Construction's dedication to client satisfaction, putting this in to daily practice with clear, open communications and close attention to detail.
